Closure Of Crawfords Corner Road Continues In Holmdel
A portion of Crawfords Corner Road in Holmdel will be closed most of Thursday for a Monmouth County project.
HOLMDEL, NJ — Monmouth County Public Works will be working on Crawfords Corner Road again this week - on Thursday, Dec. 7, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., police advise.
Crawfords Corner Road will be closed between Timberdale Drive and Seven Oaks Drive, police said in a notice.
Monmouth County will have a detour in place. Motorists should follow the signs or plan an alternate route, police say.

The road had been closed at times last month for work by Monmouth County to dredge a creek that runs under Crawfords Corner Road.
There was another road problem Wednesday in the township. Due to a water main break, Sweet Briar Lane was closed between Sharon Lane and 9 Sweet Briar Lane throughout Wednesday. New jersey American Water Co. was working to resolve the issue.
