Community Wellness Event Coming To Bell Works In Holmdel

Bell Works hosts its first daylong "Be Well At Bell" Health and Wellness Exposition on Saturday, Feb. 3, in Holmdel.

HOLMDEL, NJ — Just in time to fend off the winter doldrums, a day of wellness and inspiration is on its way to Bell Works this Saturday.

"Be Well At Bell" will offer a variety of wellness activities, educational workshops and interactive experiences, taking place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 3 at the "metroburb."

The event is dedicated "to fostering a community of health-conscious individuals and promoting a holistic approach to well-being," Zeilander said.

Set in the unique Bell Works - the former Bell Labs complex, attendees can explore many forms of wellness.
