NJ Weekend Weather: Sunny Days Ahead At Jersey Shore

JERSEY SHORE — While New Jersey has seen quite a wet summer, autumn is finally upon us and, for the fourth weekend in a row, the Jersey Shore will see mostly sunny skies.

High temperatures will be around the 70 degree mark on Saturday and Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. Light winds will be breeze through the Garden State at 5 and 10 mph on Friday and Saturday and there will only be a chance of rain on Sunday night.

There is also a moderate risk of rip currents on Friday, the National Weather Service said.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 66. North wind 5 to 10 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 55. Northwest wind around 10 mph.

Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 71. West wind around 10 mph.

Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 62.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 74.

Sunday Night: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. Chance of precipitation is 40 percent.
