Obituary: Martha Condis, 86: Lived in Hazlet; Keansburg Church Member Survived by Daughters

Martha Condis, 86, of Hazlet, NJ, died on September 9, 2014 in Holmdel, NJ. She was born in Havana, Cuba, came to the USA in 1962, settled in Bayonne, and moved to Hazlet 20 years ago. Martha worked at Maidenform Garments in Bayonne, NJ retiring in 1993. She was a communicant of St Ann’s R C Church Keansburg, NJ. She member of Middle Road Village Senior Club, and Hazlet Senior Center.

Surviving are her two daughters & sons-in-law, Martha and Anthony Centrone of Hazlet, NJ, and Vivian and Edward McCabe of Middletown, NJ; a sister, Nena in Cuba; and her grandchildren, Anthony, Matthew, Douglas Brandon and Liam.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband Sergio P Condis 1996, and her parents, Raphael and Manuela Piniella.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, 115 Tindall Road, Middletown. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday September 12,2014 at 8:15am at the funeral home. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered at 9:15 am at St. Mary’s Chapel, 26 Leonardville Rd., Middletown, burial will follow at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown.
