Oink & Moo BBQ Opens Bell Works Location In Ceremony With Mayor

The restaurant's menu includes classic barbecue dishes paired with Tex-Mex and everything is made from scratch.

HOLMDEL, NJ — The Southern-inspired restaurant Oink & Moo BBQ opened its new Bell Works location this week, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Mayor Greg Buontempo showed up to the celebration, joining co-owners Joshua Sacks and Kevin Trimarchi.

The restaurant's menu includes classic barbecue dishes paired with Tex-Mex and everything is made from scratch.

There you'll find dishes like cornbread stuffed with pulled pork topped with chipotle honey and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, with marinated fried chicken breast.

Bell Works is Oink & Moo's second location. The first one opened in October 2020 in Somerville.

"We knew the Bell Works New Jersey campus was the perfect location for a second Oink and Moo as soon as we stepped inside," said Sacks.

The restaurant will be opened Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
