'Suspicious Incident' Being Investigated By Holmdel Police

Holmdel police are asking the public's help in finding a witness to a suspicious activity at the Holmdel Towne Center on Sunday afternoon.

HOLMDEL, NJ — Police are investigating what they said was a "suspicious incident" Sunday at Holmdel Towne Center, and they are hoping the public can help.

Police said that near the Marshalls and Home Goods store, at about 3:47 p.m. Sunday, an unknown woman approached another woman and her juvenile daughter to report an incident involving a male subject in the parking lot.

Holmdel police are attempting to identify the woman who witnessed the man in the parking lot and are asking her to contact Patrolman Shaun Ketcham at 732-946-4400 ext. 1892 to discuss the matter.

The woman who reported this concern only briefly interacted with the witness and was unable to provide any information that would assist in locating her, police said.
