The Sparta Camera club is hosting the presentation Beyond the Snapshot by Jack Moskowitz Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 7:30 – 9:00 pm at the Sparta Ambulance Building, 14 Sparta Avenue, Sparta, NJ. Jack is a 2023 recipient of the NJ Federation of Camera Clubs Citation which is awarded to New Jersey photographers who contribute significantly to the New Jersey photography community. He is the developer of the competition application Photo Contest Pro, and a workshop instructor at the NJ Audubon Schermann Hoffman Sanctuary.
Beyond the Snapshot will showcase Jack’s expertise, not only behind the camera but also with photo editing. In this presentation he will explain how you can take your photography from the ordinary to the extraordinary so that when people look at your photos, they say ‘wow’ and your competition images get 9’s instead of 8’s. This program will present thought processes and techniques that you can use during capture and processing to make this happen.
