NEWTON, NJ - A crash on Route 206 in Sussex County has prompted commuting delays Wednesday morning, authorities said.

As of 4:11 a.m., there’s a utility pole down on US 206 in both directions south of CR 621/Woodside Avenue in Newton, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

All lanes are currently closed and detoured, the agency said.
