Learn How to Prevent Tick Borne Illnesses

Community members are invited to attend an information session about tick-borne illnesses and receive tips for preventing infections at a meeting of the Project Sussex Kids General Council, Wednesday, July 13th, 10:00 a.m. Public Health Nurse Linda DiMieri, Sussex County Office of Public Health Nursing, will offer her expertise at the gathering which will take place at Project Self-Sufficiency, 127 Mill Street, Newton. Project Self-Sufficiency staff will also provide an update on Project Sussex Kids activities. Childcare is available for those in need. The meeting is free and open to the public; masks and advance registration are encouraged. Interested participants are invited to call Project Self-Sufficiency at 973-940-3500 to register.
