SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — If you’re opting to forego the traditional Thanksgiving feast at home this year or simply want to skip the mountains of dishes, several restaurants in Sussex County will be open to cook for and serve you.

From fine dining to fast-casual, Patch compiled a roundup of local and national restaurants slated to be open on Nov. 25. In case you need a recommendation, there are plenty of options from which to choose.

In some cases, reservations may be required, so make sure to plan ahead as much as possible.

  • St. Moritz Bar & Grill (Taking orders for their "Turkey Express" through Nov. 20), 9 White Deer Plaza, order 973-729-5677, pick up on Nov. 24, between noon and 4 p.m..
  • The Windlass (taking orders through Nov. 21), 45 Nolan's Point Park Road, Lake Hopatcong, order at 973-663-3190, pick up Nov. 24 between 4 and 7 p.m.
  • Crystal Springs Resort (In-Person Buffets, Sit-Down Events), 1 Wild Turkey Way, Hamburg, call 855-977-6473 for Thanksgiving Day reservations.
