Senior Guard, Evan Milanesi, Sets Veritas Christian Scoring Record

Finishes career with 1,614 points as the all-time scoring leader for Veritas boys' basketball.

Sparta-based Veritas Christian Academy has a new scoring leader for its boys' basketball program. Senior point guard, Evan Milanesi, has set the new mark at 1,614 points after playing his final game at the NCSAA national tournament this past weekend.

A four year starter, Milanesi surpassed previous scoring leader, Dylan Cuperus, in the first round of the NCSAA tournament in Ohio. Milanesi finishes his senior campaign averaging over 17 points per game to go along with 2.5 steals per game while being named Metro Conference all-star. Evan also leads the team in scoring, assists per game and blocks closing out an incredible career for the Veritas Christian Academy Lions.
