Livingston Temple Offers 'Biblical Botany' Workshop

B'nai Abraham's Congregational Learning presents a workshop on "Biblical Botany."

Temple B’nai Abraham’s Congregational Learning will present a workshop on “Biblical Botany” featuring Cantor Jessica Epstein on Tuesday, April 21, at 7 p.m., at the temple, 300 E. Northfield Road.

Participants can learn about the landscape of Ancient Israel and how it affected both the history and theology of the Israelites. Participants will learn about native trees, plants and herbs, and have the chance to visit a “Biblical Garden” on a field trip to do some hands-on planting of Biblical herbs.

The class is free and open to the community, but registration is requested. To register, call 973-994-2290 or register online.
