Ellen Gonik Was Top Real Estate Agent In Livingston For 2019

This illustrious award was presented to only 105 out of 94,000 Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents worldwide, representing approximately the top tenth of a percent of all qualified individuals.

Gonik ranked as the No. 1 real estate agent in Livingston for total sales 2010-2019, surpassing all competitors in the categories of total units sold, listings sold and buyer-controlled sales (in both units and volume), according to the Garden State Multiple Listing Service.

Gonik was recognized as one of the most successful real estate agents in New Jersey in the 2019 Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals report. She has been named a Five Star Real Estate Agent by readers of New Jersey Monthly Magazine on five separate occasions, and Real Estate Executive Magazine declared her one of the "Top 100 Most Influential Agents in New Jersey."

Gonik, a Livingston resident, provides real estate expertise to residential buyers and sellers throughout Essex County and surrounding areas. She is bilingual, fluent in English and Russian.
