In Livingston: Get Ready For A Wet And Rainy Workweek

Get ready for a wet and rainy workweek.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service are predicting cloudy skies with rain and possible thunderstorms for the entire week throughout North Jersey.

There may be a brief respite from the soaking on Friday, but forecasters are predicting that the rain may return for Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to the rain, forecasters estimate that temperatures will reach into the 80s throughout the week, making for potentially muggy conditions.

Tuesday: A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 3pm. Patchy fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 84. Calm wind becoming southwest around 6 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 40%.

Tuesday Night: Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming mostly clear, with a low around 65. Light north wind becoming northwest 5 to 9 mph in the evening.
