2 Long Branch Eateries Named Among NJ's Best New Restaurants
Long Branch is becoming an even better place to eat, according to NJ Monthly's list of the state's best new restaurants.
LONG BRANCH, NJ — Long Branch is becoming an even better place to eat, according to an NJ Monthly list. Two local eateries made the magazine's selections of "The 30 Best New restaurants."
100 Ocean and The Butcher's Block were both included.
100 Ocean (110 Ocean Ave.) is an American-Mediterranean restaurant located in the Wave Resort in Pier Village. Although it operates year-round, it gets packed in the summer. 100 Ocean offers indoor seating and a patio that overlooks the water.

The Butcher's Block (235 West Ave.) opened in June, serving fresh, organic meals in a BYOB environment. The restaurant gets all its meat from small, family-run farms in New Jersey and New York.
