Long Branch Director's Film Playing at Garden State Film Festival

"Right Time, Right Place: The Jim Hickey Story" will screen March 31.

A Long Branch woman's film will hit the big screen. "Right Time, Right Place: The Jim Hickey Story," directed and produced by local resident Susan Pellegrini, will play at the Garden State Film Festival.

The film will screen at noon on Sunday, March 31 at the Berkeley Hotel, Kingsley Ballroom (1401 Ocean Ave., Asbury Park). The festival runs from March 27 to March 31.

Her film is about the following: "A Life Legacy Film of Jim Hickey; documenting his family life, career, and retirement."

The festival charges $15 with advanced purchase and $17 at the door for individual screenings. Weekend passes cost $50 in advance and $55 at the door. Saturday Day passes cost $30, and Sunday Day Passes cost $25. Tickets are available online and at festival box offices for each venue.
