Long Branch 'Fitness Crawl' On The Beach In Benefit Monmouth Medical

Held on the beach next to Wave resort Sept. 22, this full-day event features fitness and yoga classes, to benefit Monmouth Medical Center:

LONG BRANCH, NJ — There will be a fitness crawl this September on the beach at Long Branch to benefit Monmouth Medical Center.

Called the "Beach Fit Crawl," the event will be held Sept. 22 on the sand right next to Wave resort. It is sponsored by WEforum and it is the first year they are hosting the event.

Anyone can sign up to participate.

The 2022 Beach Crawl brings together multiple fitness studios, athletes and mind-body professionals for 35-minute workouts, with options ranging from bootcamp to barre, with lots of yoga, pilates, strength and toning in between.

The event will have ten to fifteen workouts to choose from, happening at regular intervals between 8:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Registration starts at 8 a.m. the day of, Sept. 22. All attendees are welcome to try as many classes as they wish, and join WEforum for a post-crawl party, starting right after the last workout ends. Drinks and light bites from some of your favorite local spots will be available, as well as lots of time for socializing in the sun.

It is $50 to enter, with all the proceeds benefiting Monmouth Medical Center and the hospital’s brand-new Anne Vogel Family Care and Wellness Center, which just opened this summer next to the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown.

The Beach Crawl will occur rain or shine, with the Wave Resort providing indoor accommodation if needed. For ticket and for more information, visit www.weforumgroup.org.
