Amenities include a ground-level pool and pool deck, fire pits, barbecue grills, a fitness center with dedicated studios for spinning, cardio, yoga and weight training, a full business center, a game room with billiards and poker, a dedicated virtual reality room and sports simulator, an in-house movie theater, a pet spa and a children’s playroom.

The owners are a separate entity formed by the owners of Stillman Development, Surrey Equities and Gotham City Real Estate.

The developers say the 3,000-square foot lobby is the crown jewel of The Atlantic Club experience, with ceiling heights of 18 feet and tailored glass and textile installations inspired by the ocean.

Art in the lobby was selected Cristina Grajales, owner of the famed Cristina Grajales Gallery in TriBeCa, "to create a gallery aesthetic throughout the building."

Grajales also hired Christophe Côme, a renowned French glass sculptor whose work is featured in Chanel stores around the world, and the Hechizoo atelier’s Jorge Lizarazo, one of the world’s leading textile and tapestry artists, to create new works commissioned specifically for the property.

Shore Point Architecture was hired "to create an indoor-outdoor experience that marries beach charm with urban sophistication."

“Our vision for The Atlantic Club is to bring a meticulously crafted residential enclave: an art ecosystem inspired by beach serenity and charm, but with an urbane sense of style and elegance,” said Stillman. "The Atlantic Club harkens back to the golden age of the Shore and is on par with the very best of world-class coastal living.”

“The Atlantic Club brings a new level of luxury and investment potential for this market, and we look forward to bringing world-class amenities and a turnkey lifestyle to this private, beachfront oasis,” said Leon Silvera, principal of Surrey Equities.
