Mobile County Connection To Come To Ocean Township In August

OCEAN, NJ — The Mobile County Connection will be coming to the Ocean Township branch of the Monmouth County Library System on August 7.

Mobile County Connection brings a wide range of county services to residents, with offices such as the Monmouth County Clerk’s Office, Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office and Monmouth County Surrogate’s Office participating in the event.

From 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on August 7, residents will be able to access the following services:

Monmouth County Clerk’s Office

• Free notary services
• Passport applications, renewals and photos (documents needed)
• Veterans’ discount/Gold Star Family ID cards (documents needed)
• County ID cards (documents needed)
• Peddlers’ licenses (documents needed)
• Election and voter information
• Property Fraud Alert Program

Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office

• Youth ID cards
• Register Ready ID cards
• Safe cargo/child seat safety
• Prescription disposal drop box

Monmouth County Surrogate’s Office

• Learn about probating a will or qualifying as an administrator of an estate
• Free notary services
• Find out about finalizing adoptions
• Guidance on the new E-Probate Filing Module

Alongside the Monmouth County Clerk’s, Sheriff’s, and Surrogate’s offices participating, representatives from the Division on Aging and Disabilities and Veterans Services will also be on-site.

The Ocean Township Branch of the Monmouth County Library is located at 701 Deal Rd, Ocean.
