EATONTOWN, N.J. — Shake Shack will soon open in the Monmouth Mall. The classic burger chain will replace Bobby's Burger Palace, which recently closed its mall location.

Shake Shack created a job posting for a restaurant general manager in Eatontown. Mayor Anthony Talerico Jr. confirmed Shake Shack received approval to build a new restaurant in the Monmouth Mall, according to the Asbury Park Press.

It's unclear when Shake Shack will open. The restaurant has six New Jersey locations, with plans to build another on the Garden State Parkway's Monmouth rest stop in Wall.
