Wave Resort Welcomes New Executive Chef

Ahead of the summer, the Wave Resort in Long Branch revamped its food & beverage service, including the hiring of a new executive chef.

LONG BRANCH, NJ – The Wave Resort is changing up its food and beverage offerings ahead of the summer season, thanks in large part to the hotel’s new executive chef, Charles Vogt, Jr.

Chef Vogt Jr. is in charge of all dining at the resort, including the four restaurants at the resort, 100 Ocean, Branch Cantina, The Patio, and Boardwalk Coffee, as well as the banquet kitchen, in-room dining, and pool deck.

During his 15-year career, Chef Vogt Jr. has worked at the Hotel Dupont and has worked with famous chefs Robert Wiedmaier at RW Restaurant Group in Washington D.C. and Geoffrey Zakarian at the Water Club Hotel.
