LONG VALLEY, N.J. – The real estate market ebbs and flows, especially in New Jersey, but 2015 saw an uptick in home sales and prices.

The New Jersey Division of Taxation released data on the average sale price – not listing price or assessed price – for all homes sold in Morris County in 2015.

The highest on the list was Harding Township, with an average sale price of $1,264,974, while the lowest on the list was Victory Gardens Borough at $158,075.
