Giants Coach Tom Coughlin Puts Bergen Home On Market For $1.2M

Two-time Super Bowl-winning coach purchased the 4,300-square-foot townhouse in 2004.

In what could be the first sign of the end of an era for the New York Giants, head coach Tom Coughlin has put his Park Ridge townhouse on the market for $1.175 million.

The price is $50,000 less than what the two-time Super Bowl-winning coach paid for the 4,300-square-foot home in 2004, according to the property’s Zillow listing.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom Ashford Model townhouse is located on a cul-de-sac on Cambridge Oaks, the listing states.

The townhouse features a wet bar, billiards room, fireplace, swimming pool, hot tub, bocce court, tennis courts, and an attached garage, NJ.com reported. All appliances, including a washer and dryer, are included.

The Giants lost an embarrassing game to the Washington Redskins Sunday and are 5-6 on the season. Rumors have been swirling for months that Coughlin will retire or be fired at the end of the season.
