What Was Mahwah's Average Home Sale Price In 2015?

Most expensive to least expensive towns in Bergen County separated by more than $1 million, data shows.

MAHWAH, N.J. – The real estate market ebbs and flows, especially in New Jersey, but 2015 saw an uptick in home sales and prices.

The New Jersey Division of Taxation released data on the average sale price – not listing price or assessed price – for all homes sold in Bergen County in 2015.

Mahwah ranked 33rd at $515,000, a little less than the county average of $531,000.

The highest on the list was Alpine, with an average sale price of more than $2.4 million. Riveredge was the lowest at $73,856.
