Salty Sunrise Sound Bowls & Yoga

Start your day by balancing your energy with the rising sun! Join us for a serene yoga practice as the sun begins to rise over the ocean. We will begin our practice with a short guided meditation listening to the sound of the waves while melting into our mats and then enjoy the enchanting sounds of our chakra aligned crystal bowls. We will then enjoy a 60min vinyasa flow with an extended salty savasana with cooling essential oil eye towels. You will enjoy the healing powers of the salt air and the ocean as we blissfully flow through our practice. This is definitely an event worth getting up early for!

This will be an all levels vinyasa style yoga class so everyone is welcome! Please bring your mat, either a blanket or towel, and water.

A delicious and seasonal morning citrus and hibiscus Ayurvedic tea will be provided for those that would like to partake.
