Possible Counterfeit Bills In Manasquan Area

MANASQUAN – Point Pleasant Beach police have issued an alert to the public that counterfeit bills may be circulating in the Manasquan area.

Point Pleasant Beach police said they've learned that people may be attempting to pass counterfeit $100 bills both in the town and in the Manasquan area.

In the event you choose to accept larger denomination bills, police said, please be diligent in checking their authenticity.
