MAPLEWOOD, NJ — The former Gleason Cleaners site in Maplewood could become 46 units of housing, according to a report in Village Green on Tuesday.

The 49-year-old business on West Parker Avenue announced its intention in 2020 to close. Even then, residents noted that there had been a proposal back in 2017 to bring 40 units of housing.
