Free Slurpees From Middlesex Police

Starting this week, Middlesex police will be looking for kids doing good deeds and rewarding them with 7-11 Slurpee coupons.

MIDDLESEX, NJ — Starting this week, the Middlesex Police Department will join with 7-Eleven stores in their 22nd annual Operation Chill community service program. Middlesex police officers will be on the lookout for kids doing good things and they will distribute free Slurpee drink coupons to deserving children.

The program runs from the summer months into the back-to-school season.

“Our officers will be out there trying to catch kids doing something good and they will reward them with a Slurpee drink coupon,” said Middlesex Police Chief Matthew Geist. “By recognizing and reinforcing these positive, constructive behaviors, the program will promote positive contacts between our officers and our younger citizens.”
