How Do You Feel About Millburn's All-Affordable Housing Building?

MILLBURN, NJ — As part of Millburn's mandate to create affordable housing, the township has planned a completely affordable complex at 9 Main St. Now the town needs resident input on it.

The town says the results will help them "develop a design for the 9 Main Street affordable housing project that best reflects community desires and existing Township character."

The town says it will take about 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous.

The survey asks about site design elements such as building materials, streetscape design, residential open space, and sustainability measures.

The Township is also hosting an affordable Housing public information session on Tuesday, April 26 at 7 p.m. at Town Hall. The session will focus on the design of that development.
