Short Hills Zip Code Is Third Most Expensive In NJ

The Short Hills section of Millburn is among the most expensive locations in the state.

MILLBURN, NJ — According to an analysis from the PropertyShark real estate blog, the Short Hills zipcode has the third highest property values in the state. The median home price is $1.44 million, the blog says.

The most expensive zip code was Alpine in Bergen County with the median home price at $1.45 million. It was followed by Avalon, with $1.44 million.

To determine the most expensive ZIP codes, the analysis assessed real estate transactions that closed between Jan. 1 and Oct. 15 of this year.
