MORRISTOWN, NJ — Vision Real Estate Partners this Tuesday unveiled a newly redesigned rooftop deck and lobby in its 1776 On The Green property in Morristown.

In a press release, Vision Real Estate Partners compared the rooftop deck to an "exclusive Manhattan high-rise venue." The 2,500 square-foot space is equipped with electronics charging stations, umbrellas, a wet bar and trellises overlooking Morristown's park and city center.

Attached to the deck, the release stated, is an attached indoor lounge. The lounge is outfitted with shuffleboard, televisions and high-top tables for collaborative work or corporate events.

In a statement, Sam Morreale, managing partner and co-founder of Vision Real Estate Partners, said: “The new rooftop deck takes full advantage of the building’s exceptional location and provides access to the outdoors as an unexpected third space for collaborating and hosting events.”

According to the release, Vision Real Estate Partners plans to continue renovations at 1776 On the Green. Proposed improvements include a ground-up renovation of Headquarters Plaza — complete with new pavers, seating, event and market space and more — and the addition of a first-floor restaurant.
