MORRISTOWN, NJ – A 15-year-old girl who was last seen in Morris Township last week was found on Tuesday night unharmed, according to Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll.

Morris County law enforcement figured out Shoshana Acevedo was on an interstate train headed south and officers in North Carolina were able to locate her and place her into protective custody.

Because the case involves a minor, officials said they would not be releasing additional information.
