500 Free Backpacks Given Away From New Brunswick Police This Saturday

They will be giving out free backpacks for the first 500 students, free haircuts, face painting, games and more.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — The New Jersey State Police Officers' Benevolent Association #23 and the New Brunswick public school system will hold a wonderful event for New Brunswick families this Saturday:

All are welcome from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3 at Roosevelt School, 83 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. They will be giving out free backpacks for the first 500 students, free haircuts, face painting, games and more.

The event is called Rock the Block.
