NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ — Ani Ramen, a popular noodle shop that started in Montclair, will open its newest outpost in New Brunswick next month, the business announced.

Ani Ramen will be located at 37 Easton Street in New Brunswick and will open sometime in December; an exact date was not released. Their Japanese-inspired menu is nearly the same at all locations: Think hot, spicy and fragrant bowls of ramen noodle soup, with meat, vegetable and vegan add-ons.

They also serve bao buns, chili-charred edamame, chicken karaage and crispy miso sake chicken wings.

Ani Ramen started in Montclair in 2014 and currently operates six locations in New Jersey. They are rapidly opening new locations across the state: An Ani Ramen will open in Newark in 2021, and at American Dream megamall in the new year, as well.
