Somerset, NJ - May 24, 2024—Cedar Hill Prep School (CHP) recently celebrated its 20th Anniversary Gala in grand style at the elegant Pines Manor in Edison, NJ. Over 160 distinguished guests joined us on the evening to commemorate two decades of remarkable educational impact and success.
The gala was a magnificent testament to CHP’s unwavering commitment to fostering a nurturing and dynamic educational environment, a vision the school's esteemed founder, Nandini Menon, Ed.D. brought to life. Alumni, parents, dedicated staff, and cherished supporters gathered to honor the school's rich history of achievements while eagerly looking forward to the promising future of upcoming school years.
The evening was an unforgettable celebration featuring heartfelt speeches, prestigious awards, and a reflection on the school’s most significant milestones. Attendees were treated to a sumptuous dinner and exquisite desserts, accompanied by captivating entertainment that added to the night's festive atmosphere.

Honoring Our Distinguished Awardees

Cedar Hill Prep School is proud to announce the recognition of four exceptional individuals whose contributions have significantly shaped our community.

Honor Club Next Generation:
William Goodloe, President and CEO of SEO, is recognized for his dedication to creating a more equitable society. Under his leadership, SEO has developed programs that close opportunity gaps for historically excluded young people.

Hall of Fame:
Ms. Ruth Sulitzer, the inaugural teacher at Cedar Hill Prep, has been a cornerstone of our school's foundation. As the Kindergarten Language Arts Teacher, she has witnessed the school's growth from a class of four to thirty-six students in three kindergarten classes. Ms. Sulitzer reflects, “Being a part of Cedar Hill Prep's twenty-year growth has been incredibly rewarding.”

Standing Ovation for Above and Beyond Service:
Mr. Donald Seeley, principal of Cedar Hill Prep for two decades, has guided the school from its modest beginnings to its current status with over 270 students. His visionary leadership has been instrumental in our school's success.
