Dress for Success Meet & Greet at State Theater NJ

New Brunswick, NJ (4/12/24) – Dress for Success Central NJ (DFSCNJ) is thrilled to be holding its first event in Middlesex County to bring awareness and raise funds for the many programs and services the organization provides for women and youth who are looking to improve their career development and their confidence.

On April 25th from 6-8 pm, DFSCNJ will host An April Affair at the State Theatre NJ in New Brunswick. The event is open to the public and will provide an opportunity for networking and meeting the staff and clients of Dress for Success.

An April Affair will feature a reading from International Best-Selling Author and DFS Global Ambassador Sara McDermott Jain. Sara, a graduate of DFSCNJ’s Designing Your Future program, is the epitome of what Dress for Success stands for. She came to DFS at an extremely low point in her life and by participating in DFS programs and the help of their supportive staff, Sara is thriving. Sara will share her story of triumph as well as read an excerpt from her thrilling novel “Wolves at Night.” She will sign books and donate 10% of book sales back to DFSCNJ.

DFSCNJ CEO, Melissa Tenzer, will welcome guests and talk about the significance of DFS programs and services and how excited the organization is to be making its mark in Middlesex.
