Child Sexual Assault In Bergen County Leads To Man Arrested: Prosecutor

An alleged sexual assault of a child less than 13 years old led to the arrest of a 40-year-old Bergenfield man, the prosecutor's office said

BERGENFIELD, NJ — A Bergenfield man was arrested and charged Monday in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a child who was less than 13 years old, in the borough, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Julian Rojo, 40, was charged with second-degree sexual assault by contact, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Rojo was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance.
