NEW MILFORD, NJ — Officials are soon slated to ban the sale of medical and recreational marijuana in the borough.

The Borough Council is slated to approve an ordinance this month banning businesses in town that sell medicinal and recreational cannabis.

Businesses that "sell, dispense, manufacture, grow or cultivate, store, handle, process, package, deliver, or produce" cannabis products "require special concern for security, and location," the ordinance states.
