Rose Martini, 94, Longtime New Milford Resident Died Sunday
She died peacefully at home Sunday, her family said.
NEW MILFORD, NJ — Rose L. Martini, a longtime resident of New Milford, died Sunday.
She was 94. She died peacefully at home, her family said in her obituary. She will be "greatly missed by all those who loved her," her family said.
She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Martini.

She is survived by her children, JoAnne Basile, and James Martini, and his wife, Deborah; grandchildren Eric Basile, Brian Basile, and his wife, Kelly, Michael Basile, and Anthony Martini; great-grandchild, Kacie Basile; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation with the family is Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Road, Oradell. A funeral service is Friday at 9 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Joseph's R.C. Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Queens, New York.
