Paramus Retail Broker Completes Lease Deals for Marty's Shoe Chain

The Goldstein Group, a retail broker based in Paramus, has closed two leasing deals for Marty's Shoes which now is leasing space at two new Bergen locations - Lodi and Carlstadt.

The Memorial Drive location in Lodi, is home to an 84,698 square foot neighborhood center just off Route 46 which also houses Aldi, Blink Fitness, Burger King, Dollar Tree, Chase Bank and the United States Postal Office.

The Carlstadt site is home to a 78,000 square foot neighborhood center anchored by Stop & Shop and some other stores including Harmon Cosmetics, Subway and Burger King and others.
