MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A three-vehicle crash on Route 80 East left people injured on Thursday evening in Morris County, New Jersey State Police said.

The crash on I-80 east near milepost 42.3 in Parsippany-Troy Hills was reported at about 5:11 p.m., Trooper Troy McNair said.

The preliminary investigation determined that three vehicles collided with one another, resulting in minor injuries.

The authorities were not able to reveal how many people were hurt in the collision or what caused it.

Authorities said that they are still actively investigating the circumstances of the crash but that there is no additional information currently available.
