Parsippany Man Charged With Trespassing

PARSIPPANY, NJ — A 52-year-old Parsippany man was charged with criminal trespass after returning to his former place of employment, the Denville Police Department said.

Bhinav Majmuddar had been warned not to return to the property and issued a trespass notice before the inciting incident on July 18 when officers responded to The Oaks for a report of a man trespassing on the property.

The Oaks is a senior living facility.

Majmuddar was arrested and released on his recognizance pending a future court appearance in Denville Township Municipal Court.
