Flood Watch Issued For Princeton Friday

Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts are possible.

PRINCETON, NJ — A flood watch has also been issued for Princeton through Friday night by the National Weather Service.

Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with locally higher amounts are possible. Periods of moderate to heavy rain will occur through early this evening, the NWS reported.

Today: Rain. High near 58. East wind 7 to 14 mph becoming southwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New precipitation amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Tonight: A chance of showers, mainly before 7pm. Patchy fog before midnight. Otherwise, cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around 46. Southwest wind 9 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.
