• Marcus Live!, the restaurant in American Dream in East Rutherford, is named for renowned chef Marcus Samuelsson. The eatery will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Mother's Day, offering two special items that day: "Lobster + Shrimp Risotto with creamed corn and brown butter, and M’s Braised Short Ribs with coconut couscous and root vegetables."
