One Bergen County Town Made Realtor.com's Top 100 'Hottest Zip Codes' In America

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Good schools, a vibrant downtown, safety, and location have drawn homeowners to Bergen County's towns for decades.

Now, one town in particular is getting nationally recognized by Realtor.com as being among the "Hottest ZIP Codes" where buyer demand is concentrated.

Fifteen New Jersey towns among the top 150 hottest markets across the country.

"The hottest areas are those that have high demand from buyers," the housing site explained. "In other words, lots of unique viewers per each property listed for sale, and fast-selling homes, an indicator of limited supply. "

Ridgewood was listed at number 8 statewide and in the top 100 in the country.
