Digital Billboard For Route 17 Up For Vote At Ridgewood Zoning Board Tuesday

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Outfront Media is hoping to erect a 40-foot digital billboard at 500 Route 17, but not everyone has been in favor.

The matter will go to a final vote before the Ridgewood Zoning Board of Tuesday night.

The agenda states, "An application for preliminary and final major site plan approval for the construction and operation of a single pole, double faced, digital multimessage advertising sign which is a prohibited use and will result in a second principal use; expansion of an existing non-conforming use and bulk variance relief at 500 Route 17 South, Block 4703, Lot 10, in the OB-2 Zone."

The matter was continued from the Feb. 17 meeting.
