Streets To Close In Ridgewood Each Weekend For 'Pedestrian Plaza': See Event Lineup

RIDGEWOOD, NJ — Several blocks in Ridgewood will close each Saturday through early October, and they'll carry live music and events Saturdays and Sundays, as part of Ridgewood's "Destination Ridgewood Pedestrian Plaza."
Both days will include events and activities such as yoga, tai chi, concerts, stroller rides, and more. Find the upcoming events each week here.
On Saturdays, East Ridgewood Avenue will be closed to vehicles from Walnut Street to Broad Street, including the side streets of Oak, Prospect, Chestnut, and Van Neste Square, with the Chestnut Street lot being open for parking.

On Sundays, all streets will be open to vehicles.
Music and activities will take place both days in Memorial Park at Van Neste Square.

Organizers said, "Come and participate in the activities offered, shop in our historic downtown, enjoy food from one of our many eateries and enjoy all that Ridgewood has to offer."
