Unitarians Consider Oppenheimer, Barbie & Indiana Jones

Rev. Sarah Lenzi preaching in August

(Carol Wolf)

August 6 at 10 AM, the Rev. Dr. Sarah Lenzi will return to the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood to begin a three-part sermon series dealing with popular culture:

  • August 6: "Oppenheimer and the Technologies of War"
  • August 13: "Barbie and the Struggles of Feminism"
  • August 20: "Indiana Jones and the Changing Face of AI"

Lenzi encourages people to see the movies, but adds, "I will make sure it isn't critical to have seen it in order to get something out of the services."

The Unitarian Society is located at 113 Cottage Place, Ridgewood. For more information see www.uuridgewood.org
