What Was Rumson's Average Home Sale Price in 2015?

Rumson was not the highest average in Monmouth County.

Rumson, NJ - The real estate market ebbs and flows, especially in New Jersey, but 2015 saw an uptick in home sales and prices.

The New Jersey Division of Taxation, under the state Department of Treasury, released data on the average sale price – not listing price or assessed price – for all homes sold in the state in 2015.

The average sale price in Rumson was $1.2 million. But believe it or not, that's not the highest average in Monmouth County: Spring Lake was ranked the most expensive town in Monmouth County, according to that list, with the average home selling for $1.8 million there last year.
