SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — Scotch Plains' Darby Road Pub will be honoring local veterans by offering a free dinner and essentials on Thanksgiving Day.

The restaurant, at 450 Park Ave., is working with the Valley Brook Veterans Affairs to transport and host 75 veterans this year.

Veterans will receive a Thanksgiving dinner and a take-home bag of essentials and goodies.
